The State Of Arizona processes a high volume of AZ CCW Permits. A key factor in the process is making sure the application is correct, complete and that all of the appropriate documentation and fingerprint cards are submitted properly to minimize delays in processing. A majority of delays are caused by illegible, incomplete or inaccurate applications and documentation that slow down the background check process. If the application packet is not 100% complete, inaccurate or illegible it will be returned to the applicant for correction and re-submission. Processing times can fluctuate and can take up to several months. We process many thousands of student applications and have a successful track record with the state. We offer several optional add-on services to expedite the submission and approval process to minimize delays and to make sure your documentation is in the correct format and delivered to the state. Many of our students that opt for our full service get their permits in several weeks instead of several months. Check Our Google 5 Star Reviews

One of the main benefits of an Arizona CCW Permit is the ability to expand the places where a person can legally carry a self-defense firearm. Arizona Residents with an AZ CCW Permit can legally carry concealed in 37 states outside of Arizona. Non-Residents with an AZ CCW Permit can legally carry in 30 states including Arizona. It is very important to note that some states, South Carolina for example only honor a AZ CCW Resident Permit. So as a Non-Resident AZ CCW Permit holder you can legally transport your firearm, by vehicle or airplane, and possess it while in South Carolina, take it to the range and shoot it, but you cannot carry it concealed on your body, purse or glove compartment.
Also, every state has slightly different laws related to Self-Defense. For example, Arizona is a “Stand Your Ground” state meaning you have No Duty To Retreat from a self-defense situation. Some states do not have the same law. It is very important to understand the local laws for each state or area where you plan to carry your firearm. Our course discusses Arizona’s specific self-defense and firearms laws as well as general Federal Laws for legally carrying and transporting firearms in the United States. States such as California, for example, do not recognize an Arizona Concealed Carry Permit. So if you are a California resident with an AZ CCW Permit, you cannot legally carry a concealed firearm in California. You can carry your firearm concealed in Arizona and 29 other states. If you have a California CCW and an Arizona CCW you can legally carry in both states and other states that have Reciprocity Agreements with Arizona. Keep in mind that a handful of states like California have different laws regarding the rules of engagement for self-defense situations and certain types of firearms, magazine capacity and accessories are not allowed, so it’s important to know the laws of both states and other states where you plan to be armed. Our AZ CCW Online courses will discuss theses topics and other important laws and resources for you to aware of.
